3-namesquall

•The doctor asks the main character, who has recently been dealt a blow to the head, if he remembers his name.
•Fade to black. Then this screen appears. This is a rather clever way to work in a fairly common RPG convention of naming a character in the course of the narrative -- most times when this opportunity arises it's rather clumsily worked into the story.
•Again, a novice player might not recognize this convension and might not be aware that there are no wrong answers -- the nurse will not under any circumstances say, "Oh dear, you seem to have amnesia" and prompt you for your name again. Even if you name yourself a cuss word.
•There is no keyboard, so choosing a name is a relatively complex process. The hand must be moved using the arrows; letters are selected with one button and erased with another (no clues are given about which is which); and the player must navigate to "Confirm" to save the name and continue with play.
• Fade to black.
