    25 As of version 2.0, Twisted was split up into many subprojects, because it was getting too much to handle in a monolithic release, and we believe breaking the project into smaller chunks will help people understand the things they need to understand (There used to be a FAQ entry here asking Why is Twisted so big?). More information is available in the [http://twistedmatrix.com/documents/current/core/upgrades/2.0/split.html Split FAQ].
