Deprecate t.p.reflect.addMethodNamesToDict.

Description

It appears that addMethodNamesToDict is an implementation detail of prefixedMethodNames, and has a not very informative name.

Also, a set would be a better type for this to generate, if the functionality of addMethodNamesToDict were useful independently.
