twisted.protocols.tls test coverage is incomplete

Description
The tests for twisted.protocols.tls don't cover old pyOpenSSL detection, _write when TLS is disconnected, and a couple of other branch cases which coverage.py considers partial coverage (though it's not clear why to me).
