Porting twisted.python.runtime to Python 3x means we have to port the tests too. Unfortunately, trial itself has not yet been ported to 3x. In the meantime, I've changed this module's unit tests so that they rely on the standard Python unittesting framework in unittest instead of trial. 

Once trial has been ported to 3x we should change them back. Instructions for doing this are in a comment at the top of the modified version of twisted.python.test.test_runtime.",task,closed,normal,,core,duplicate,,,,,
