Once filepath is ported to Python 3, switch twisted.test.test_compat back to using it

Description

test_compat (after #5877 is merged) will no longer use FilePath; this change should be reverted once FilePath has been ported to Python 3.

Remove some temporary code and use of pyunit that worked around unported trial infrastructure that is now available on Python 3.
