Setup a lore2sphinx builder

It would be good to see the  lore2sphinx tool in action on the Twisted trunk. A buildslave that would do:

• checkout of latest lore2sphinx tool
• checkout of the twisted trunk
• run lore2sphinx
• publish results (tbd)

on every commit to the twisted trunk sounds like a good idea.

My buildbot slave machine can be used for this. Need to figure out where to store/maintain the buildslave setup details.

Keep in mind that lore2sphinx only works on Py2.6 at the moment...and I have no plans to change that.

 sphinx-documentation builder set up.  The results are visible as well.

This doesn't check out the latest lore2sphinx automatically, since multi-source builders are a pain in the butt. It does the rest, though, and the lore2sphinx checkout can be updated manually if we want to; I expect that won't need to happen too many times.

I think you're right about lore2sphinx checkouts. I expect we'll only need to update it once or twice, if at all.
