Windows installer does not uninstall all files

Description

With Twisted's 8.2.0 Windows installer the uninstall routine leaves behind files in Scripts\ in the Python install directory. In particular it concerns these files:

  • lore.bat
  • manhole.bat
  • mktap.bat
  • tapconvert.bat
  • trial.bat
  • twistd.bat

Also, after installing the installer creates a file tkunzip.log inside the Python installation directory.

Installed on Python 2.7 / Windows.

These files were never installed in the first place but similarly-named .py files exist. Upon uninstalling twisted, those files were removed.

Did not see tkunzip.log.
