twisted.lore.latex does horrible things to support including images

Description

convert_png and convert_dia run external processes in terrible ways. Probably we should try to de-support these features rather than fixing them up. We may need to adjust our docs a bit to not use these features. If someone wants to make this code reasonable (and write tests, etc) that's fine.
