actually make HTTP logs be common log format, not corrupted crap

Nobody really complains about this bug, but it's been around for a long time and
it should *really* be fixed.

The main problem I am aware of is that the log format should not include <>
markers around the request description.  There may be others.  We need to find a
test suite to apply to it.

Also, a "twistdlog2clf" or something utility would be useful (maybe that should
be a separate issue).

I think someone fixed this already. The current output format is correct.
