but AMP contains a few names which do not do this:

  * `AmpBox`
  * `AmpError`
    * `RemoteAmpError`
  * `AmpList`

These should all be very gradually deprecated and replaced with names such as `AMPBox`, `AMPError`, `RemoteAMPError`, `AMPList`.
