2781	Just use producers and consumers for the vfs ftp adapter	cablehead		To meet ftp.IReadFile and ftp.IWriteRead - there just needs to be one implementation of IConsumer.  At the moment vfs.adapter.ftp has implementations for producers and consumers, and web2.stream. 	defect	closed	normal		vfs	wontfix
