Update twisted.trial.runner and friends to use t.p.modules

Description

twisted.python.modules (see #1940) now does much of what Trial's reflection stuff used to do (and better).

This is an exciting new opportunity to delete code.

It seems like the #1940 merge did change a lot of trial to use twisted.python.modules. What in particular still needs to be changed?
