The changes to the man pages here look like just what we're interested in - primary the change from Glyph W. Lefkowitz to Twisted Matrix Laboratories. The accompanying date changes in those files are fine too, since they're being changed anyway (on the same line, even).

For the rest, since there is no other change being made, I don't think it's worthwhile (or necessarily even legally correct) to update the date.

I'm going to apply the man page parts of this patch and leave out the rest.

I'm not sure if it's legally incorrect to update the dates, it's not like you lost copyright after the period, of let's say, 2001-2004. I personally like it when I see I updated copyright headers in software, it gives me the feeling the code is being maintained and taken care of. Thanks for applying the patch.
