Looking for a Jabber implementation that allows connections for people behind
NAT environments to allow speex.org (voice) transmission.

I don't know of such implementations using Twisted's Jabber support, but it
would be nice to see that happen. Jabber has several protocols that could be
used for this. I am thinking of Stream Initiation (JEP-0095) and Socks5
Bytestreams (JEp-0065) here.
