If you submit a patch a promise I'll review it thoroughly as soon as
possible. If you submit a patch by next week I'll be able to use
pycon to review it as soon as possible. If you're going to be at
PyCon we can talk more about what it takes to a be a Twisted.Web2
developer. Though glyph as usual sums it up best.

"Usually the protocol is this: I appoint someone for a task,
which they are not qualified to do. Then, they have to fight
a bear if they don't want to do it." -- Glyph Lefkowitz

If you are unable to submit a patch by next week you can bug me
repeatedly on IRC to review the patch. Eventually you'll bug me at
the start of 5 minutes of free time that it will take to review the
patch.

Thank you,
-David Reid
