The docs said to install quotent, and the download page 
for quotent is on sourceforge

The CVS page is on the divmod.org server
$cvs -d:pserver:anon@divmod.org:/cvs login
When you get the "CVS Password: " prompt, just hit enter. Then, issue the command:

$ cvs -d:pserver:anon@divmod.org:/cvs co Quotient




Should I ditch the sourceforge release and go straight to CVS?
