[Twisted-web] How to upload files using HTML forms?

How do I detect the files that were uploaded from WEB using Forms? When 
I look at request.args, I can see the filenames of the files, but where 
are the uploaded files themselves?

I am also curious where in the documentation could I find answers to 
questions like these? I looked into server.py source code and didn't 
find any documentation or examples...
