<div>1) To avoid duplication of work, avoid tickets that have recently been assigned to someone else. That is, the tickets are in status "assigned" and the "owner" is set. (If the ticket has been assigned for a long time with no activity, it may be appropriate to ask the owner if they're still working on it.)<br></div>

<div>2) When submitting your patch, be sure to place the ticket in "review" state. Without this, reviewers will not notice it is ready for review.
