It's running, but nothing's happening. Please help. - john<br>

</blockquote><div><br>There could be a few things that could not be happening. Do you have the correct username and password?<br>Do you have the correct server? Does the server use srv records? <br><br>If you have the ability you can check your xmpp server logs to see if it connected. <br>
