<FONT SIZE="2">The general purpose is to enable all media files to be uniquely referenceable while avoiding duplicates. In addition, the management of user information and rights across multiple services needs to be made simple and secure.</FONT><BR>

<FONT SIZE="2"><h2> 1. Objectives:</h2> </FONT>
<LI><FONT SIZE="2">Develop subsystems that will allow non locally developed applications to be securely integrated into the main media data sharing system used on the services Platform.</FONT>
<LI><FONT SIZE="2">The subsystems have to provide easy and secure integration the identity management and media data sharing facilities.</FONT>
<LI><FONT SIZE="2">The sub-systems must enable the possibility to provide an API for external services (third party applications) with custom sharing of information.</FONT><BR>
