[Twisted-Python] Twisted+PyPy+kqueue => rocks^2!

I've added kqueue support to PyPy and got it running with Twisted/PyPy on FreeBSD.

Tested with Twisted trunk ('cause of #1918 kqueue support in Twisted)
and hammered with a WebSocket testsuite. Twisted trial not yet ..
