Thanks for volunteering to do the release, Jessica.  I was glad when Jonathan offered to do it again earlier in the month, but I'm even gladder to have new people get familiar with the release infrastructure.

Actually this feature was in 10.2; I think you meant that the "twistd mail" plugin now uses this functionality.
