So I need to do a /names each time I want to check if someone is voiced?
That seems rather inefficient.

I suppose it is also in any privmsg from them, but I don't see a way to
get that from irc_PRIVMSG. I guess I can rewrite that...

BTW, at line 417, the H/G is here/gone.
