Each of those directories was created by a *different* install of  
Twisted, but it seems wise to remove both of them.

In addition, installing Twisted adds a few executables, usually to  
your /usr/local/bin, or if on Windows to C:\Python25\Scripts, or  
perhaps elsewhere, depending.  To completely uninstall Twisted, you  
should find and remove the following such executables, which might be  
named with '.exe' or '.bat' or '.py' extension or no extension (sorry  
I'm not certain):

im
cftp
lore
t-im
pyhtmlizer
conch
mktap
trial
manhole
tap2deb
tap2rpm
mailmail
tkconch
twistd
tapconvert
bookify
ckeygen
