[Twisted-Python] pb over windows named pipes?

Hi.

We are interested in running pb using windows named pipes as transport, to
enjoy the OS-level access control they offer.

We seek advice regarding:

1. what must be written to make this happen
2. how hard would it be
3. what existing code can we learn from
