I'm not totally sure whether there's any kind of magic bullet when it
comes to working on the docs -- even collaboration! And I'm not sure
that people are any more likely to do the reviews when there's not even
a sprint to prompt them.

However, whereever possible people who want to promote this should
encourage reviews, and we'll see if they've built up in number enough
for a sprint in a month or two.
