just get the latest stable version 1.3 and all you have to do is run
the setup.py to install it.

or you can do as I have had to and get the latest build from the
subversion repository and just install that.

Very simple and very straight foward with either way, once you get it
un-tar/zipped just cd to where ever the setup.py program is and

sudo setup.py all install

it will take care of installing itself in the correct places
