[Twisted-Python] 32x32 logo?

Yep, and I guess you aroused my graphics lust enough (obsessiveness
trumps laziness every time ;) ... attached is a "smoothed" 32x32
version of the 16x16 logo that I did using kiconedit.  It's a
contribution, if anyone wants it.  Of course, if an official Twisted
32x32 is ever created, I'll happily to use that instead.  :)
