The following works, but is this a 'twisted' way to go?


class Examle(xmlrpc.XMLRPC):
    """An example object to be published."""
        
    def _getPeerAddress(self):
            return self.request.getClientIP()
            
    def render(self, request):
        self.request = request
        xmlrpc.XMLRPC.render(self, request)
