[Twisted-Python] Installation assistance needed

Can anyone point me to instructions for installation on RedHat 9? I 
can't find any real installation instructions. What am I supposed to do 
with a 'spec' file? Does an rpm package exist somewhere? I feel 
defeated before I've started.
