[Twisted-Python] from Scratch: Evolution of Finger (Moshe's Haifux talk)

I've put a prospective howto version of Moshe's Haifux talk,
Twisted from Scratch: Evolution of Finger online at

Most of the code has been cleaned up, though I still
haven't tested SSL or the last few configuration examples. 

After any comments, suggestions, and another pass, I'll
submit the diffs for jml's version at
