[Twisted-Python] Potential fix for vhost+distrib (issue125)

Can everyone who cares about vhosts with distrib (Alex Levy, Thomas
Raschbacher) update to latest CVS and try putting a ResourceSubscription
behind a vhost?

I've tested twistedmatrix.com's setup with this fix, and it works (i.e.,
UserDirectories, static.Files, CGIs, etc).
