  If you are using PBServerFactory, it is easy --


    f = PBServerFactory(...)
    port = reactor.listenTCP(..., f)
    ...
    port.stopListening()
    ...
    port.startListening()
    ...


  If you're using the old PB API, I'm not sure how you'd do it.
