[Twisted-Python] ANN: CVSToys 1.0.3, the Rise of Im

CVSToys version 1.0.3 has been released for your software consuming
pleasure.  The biggest changes are in the chat and web-based
notification clients.  Sending commit notifications to an IRC channel is
now possible without the hassle of an intermediary Words server, and the
web/RSS interface has been updated to work with recent versions of
Twisted.  Also, if your commits list has found it difficult to deal with
commit messages coming from different addresses, it's now possible to
specify a fixed address to put in the From header.
