[Twisted-Python] Trying to figure out twisted.web

I assume you mean Debian packages, since you said `twisted-doc'. If
not, get the latest Twisted tarball, which contains the documentation
(as opposed to Twisted_NoDocs). If so, use the up-to-date
twisted-debian repository. From the web site::

Debian

Debian users can add the following to their /etc/apt/sources.list:

    Woody: deb http://twisted.sourceforge.net/debian/woody/ ./
    Sid/Sarge: deb http://twisted.sourceforge.net/debian/ ./


The latest packages in that repository are always the latest alpha,
RC, or Release. Debian proper only gets updated every official release
(well, when we feel the release is good enough to go into Debian
proper, anyway).
