I assume `Indexing support' implies the navigation stuff at the
top/bottom of the latex2html version?

Also, I know this is an old argument, but I do prefer bold for
emphasis rather than italics: bold stands out much more when you're
skimming through. I like it when I can find the initial
description/definition of a term within a particular area of a paper
by skimming over all of the bold terms.
