Hi all,

Here's my first cut at rewriting the SMTP client code.
The new smtp.sendmail() function is intended to mimic
smtplib.sendmail() as close as reasonably possible, to
allow for easy migration. Comments appreciated, as always.

The patch also adds some minor tweaks to the SMTP server,
adds a quick hack to accepttests to let me run only one
(or a few) of the tests, and also fixes basic.LineReciever
to pass on any returned exceptions (I needed this for the
SMTP client).
