[Twisted-Python] SSL and Perspective Broker

I'm trying Twisted out as a framework to provide distributed monitoring of
computer systems. Twisted is looking good overall, but there are a number
of components I was using with Erlang that I would like to have (in
particular, the ideas of on the fly upgrades - I will have to see how easy
it would be to implement these pieces).
