[Twisted-Python] Twisted 0.99.2rc5

Dear Twisted Developers and Users,

Due to some glitches, 0.99.2rc4 was missed, but we are more than
proud to present the new and improved, 0.99.2rc5, the release candidate.

Please use it and let us know of any problems. As usual, if you
or any of your IMF team be....I mean, as usual, if we do not have
any significant problem reports within 24 hours, this will be the
release.
