[Twisted-Python] LDAP is dead, long live LDAP!

	LDAP support has been removed from the main Twisted tree.
        For the future, please refer to

        http://twistedmatrix.com/users/tv/ldaptor/

        - the main application for now is a web-based editor/browser
        for an LDAP directory.
