[Twisted-Python] unit tests

Yes, the HMAC module depends on Py2.2 because of changes in the hashing
modulues.  I sent a patch to amk, the pycrypto maintainer, so that will be
fixed in the next release.  If it's not in by the time I get to work, I'll
commit it to the pycrypto repository myself.

On python2.1, cvs pycrypto and cvs twisted, I get a warning about HMAC not
being supported, and the unit test halt on twisted.conch tests
(testOurServerOurClient).

On python2.2 the tests seem to work fine.
