[Twisted-Python] FAQ-o-matic

I set up a page on Jurgen's MoinMoin -
http://purl.org/wiki/python/TwistedFaq. Right now it's just the same
questions as the other faqs that are available. If this thing works out
I'll shwack the official faq.epy on twistedmatrix.com and just link to
the wiki page.
