When glyph sets up cvs-spam list, just put the address where 'acapnotic'
is now in CVSROOT/loginfo.  

Or, lacking a cvs-spam list, you can append your address to the end of
that same line...

(you can check out CVSROOT as you would any other module, ditto for
committing the loginfo changes.)
