[Twisted-Python] Man Pages Project

As twisted's Debian maintainer, it bothers me greately that there
are no man pages. I've started to write manpages for some of the utilities,
available in doc/man/*.1.

Please help me, and write a manpage for a utility today. I am strongly
considering to package only things in bin/ with a manpage for twisted 0.9.5

Here is the list of utilities with a man page so far:
faucet gnusto mktap twistd

Here is the list of utilities without a man page
malyon im mapeditor runtests twistd-debug
