Yet Another MailingList.

Since we've been discussing Twisted Reality almost entirely on Divunal's
confidential development list, I thought it would be a good idea to move
some of the discussion off to a public list.  This way more developers can
sign up to help if they so desire, and we can keep the list in the same
place as the rest of the TME mailinglists...

No offense to Chris Odhner, but he's occasionally difficult to get in
touch with, and doesn't really seem to be keeping in tune with the project
anymore.
