In addition to the Author Contact list that has been added to the Author's
page, I have created a form for collecting some pertinent Author info.
Please visit:

and fill it out.

I'll build the htmls and post them as soon as I have an account on the
server and a number of the authors' profiles. Don't worry if you don't
have a full description yet. You can always update later.
